This thing has some real power for something so small. I used it yesterday to remove some 3.5" screws from some kitchcen cabinets, and although it let me know it was a tough job, it did the job, and had plenty of mojo left for other things. Comes with a good assortment of bits, but the drill bit falls out easily (an issue I also had with the bits in the Pivot Plus that I owned previously). Be sure to read the manual for proper battery care (for example: can't really leave it in all the time, needs to be used, or at leat undocked, monthly).
Very handy to have around, and slips on and off the charging stand easily.

When I bought this, I thought it would solve the problem of screws falling off the bit.
I am disappointed in this tool. The little magnetic arm gets in the way and makes the tool awkward. I find that the screwdriver itself is not well balanced. I have other cordless screwdrivers that I find to be much more comfortable to use - one is a Skil and one a Denali. I like the Skil best because of the holster that came with it and it seems to be the best balanced.
The B&D unit also has adjustable torque, but I never use it. It is always on high - so that feature is wasted on me. Since this tool is considerably more expensive than the others, you are paying for the adjustable torque and the magnetic extension - both of which are not necessary.
If you are looking for a nice cordless screwdriver, I recommend the Skil and then get a good magnetic bit holder.

Great little gadget but low on power. We had another electric screwdriver in the past that really outdid this one. But once you buy it and use it, you're stuck with it. You have to make sure the red light is lit or it won't charge. It doesn't sit really well on the charging things. Great for hanging pictures and light jobs. Just don't try hanging window blinds with it.

I work on copiers for a living and this is the perfect little screwdriver for removing and installing small machine screws. I also own a similar sized Skil and it doesn't have near as much torque as the Black and Decker (but the Skil is a little smaller in size which is nice). I wanted to try the Skil and it gives me a backup for when my batteries run down on the B&D but if I could only have one it would be the B&D hands down. I have probably 20 mins of run time daily and the battery lasts about 4 days before needing recharged.

This would have been be the last cordless screwdriver I would ever buy if it wasn't for one tiny detail; battery life is horrible. I was very disappointed when I ran out of battery after drilling 8 (eight) 1.5" screws into drywall. Excellent torque on the first four screws though. If you can afford it, I recommend you buy 2 and use them for very light projects since the battery can not be replaced on these. Otherwise, save your money and buy a real cordless drill!
