Good for light trimming. Easier to handle then the more powerful 24V unit
If you have a lot of tall weeds & grass you should get a Gas Unit
This unit comes with two 18 V Batteries. However they only last about one season & then you must replace them at about $35. each. The stock of this weed whip is made of plastic & over time it may break. Why I know these things is because this is the second time I have purchased one of them.
It's easier to use then a electric one (draging around the cord) and much lighter then a gas unit.
I would recomend it for light duty
