Great little cordless vacuum for small jobs. I just wish the nozzel was a little thinner for those tight areas like sliding door tracks.

I just bought this vac and charged it for a day and a half and used it . It held it's power for about 5 mins. and the power just suddenly slowed down and wouldn't pick up anything . I'll never buy another cordless vac again. I'm taking it back for a refund today. Ladies, ALWAYS !!!! get your money back.

I like the vacuum very much, it is way more powerful that the smaller models I have used and is very easy to clean.
The big downside to all of these units is that there is no way to replace dead batteries, thus making it a throw-away item. This is the way Black and Decker creates an ongoing market for this product. What does that say for customer care and cooperate integrety?

Had this item for about 6 weeks. Used it for various clean-up jobs, (i.e., car interior, tile floors, small indoor carpet jobs).
Performs very well. Suction is outstanding for a battery powered vac. Cleans easily . Very satisfied.

I am somewhat disappointed in this cordless vacuum. I bought it to supplement my old Black and Decker 14.4V Dustbuster (which still works after 5 years) but I find that the suction is not as good, nor do I like the on/off switch design. Although the power is supposedly the same as the old one, it just doesn't seem to pick up as easily and the switch kind of hurts my thumb because of the design and because it doesn't slide easily!
